Course checkpoint

Can you do these two things? Explain the loop in your own words. A workable answer follows the six steps. Diagnose: the Diagnostic assembles what can be observed about my marketing. Prioritize: the Marketing Plan picks the next recommended move, shown as "THIS WEEK'S MOVE" ("YOUR NEXT MOVE" on goal-driven plans). Plan: the Marketing Plan lays out the tasks behind that move. Execute: I do the work, or skip it deliberately. Measure: I record each result against its completed task ("Log a task outcome" lists the tasks still waiting for one). Learn: "What changed and why" and Marketing Memory carry what was learned into next week's move. The decisions stay mine: the product recommends, and I approve. Name one current business outcome. Check the TARGETS section of your plan. If it says "No target yet. Set the KPI this plan is driving toward.", that gap is your answer: the outcome is not defined yet, and defining it (see Give the system business context it can trust) is your next most useful action. If you can do both, you understand the operating loop. Everything after this course is about running it better.
