Archive it before that renewal to stop future charges; archiving does not refund the current monthly period. Archived clients are free and keep their full history and memory. How does buying work?+
Book a live walkthrough and we run the diagnosis on your business while you watch. The call decides fit, not price. If it is a fit, you choose monthly or annual billing and get a checkout link at the published rate. Your subscription starts with guided onboarding to connect your data and generate your first weekly plan.
Is there a contract?+
Choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans renew each month and can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and renew annually. The initial payment is fully refundable under the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans run to the end of the paid term and are not refunded pro rata. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your data stays intact and readable.

How does Agency billing work as clients come and go?+
Agency includes 3 active client workspaces. Each additional active client workspace is $199 a month, whether the base plan is billed monthly or annually. All additions share one monthly add-on renewal date. If a workspace is activated between renewals, its first charge is prorated through the next renewal. Archive it before that renewal to stop future charges; archiving does not refund the current monthly period. Archived clients are free and keep their full history and memory.
Is there a free trial?+
No. The live walkthrough shows the system reading your own business, which is the only trial that means anything, and every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email billing@reverge.com within 30 days of your first charge and we refund that payment in full.
Is there a usage limit?+
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for AI-powered work: diagnoses, weekly plans, content, research. It is sized so a normal operating month never touches it. If a heavy month hits the ceiling, generation pauses until your cycle resets, your data and plan stay fully readable, and there are never surprise usage charges.
What data does it read?+
Connections are read-only, always: Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta and Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Shopify, and WooCommerce, plus your site, reviews, and market signals. Start with just your website; integrations make the system smarter, but they are not required for your first weekly plan.
