Set Up a Trustworthy Workspace

Prepare a workspace the system can reason about honestly, with accurate business facts, a brand kit, connected data, and ready sources.

01Work in the right workspaceConfirm the active workspace before you connect, add, or act on anything, because every input and recommendation is scoped to it.
02Give the system business context it can trustCheck and correct the business profile and intake, then set the target your plan works toward, so recommendations start from accurate facts.
03Add your brand kitSave the name, logos, colors, fonts, style notes, and references that keep generated content on-brand and ready for your review.
04Connect integrations safelyConnect the data sources behind your primary outcome one at a time, confirm each sync, and know what a connection does and does not prove.
05Understand plan usageRead the usage meter and its reset date, and check each action's quoted cost before you approve it.
06Add Research sources and know when a source is readyAdd sources to Research in the right mode and know when a source is Context ready for the advisor and the plan to use.

Who it is for

Whoever is responsible for the business facts, whether the owner or the operator setting up the account. Complete it once per workspace and revisit it whenever the business changes.

Course checkpoint

Can you do these three things? Find Workspace and confirm the basics. Open Workspace and verify that the workspace switcher shows the right workspace, the Business Profile facts are accurate, at least one brand kit element is saved, and at least one integration shows Connected with a recent Last sync time. Confirm the business context. On the Marketing Plan page, the strip that begins "Built from your diagnosis" shows the diagnosis date and "Business Intake", and the intake behind that link matches the business as it is today. Name the missing input that matters most. Look at the next plan and ask which one missing input would most improve it: an unconnected data source, a missing brand element, an unset target, or a research source that is not yet Context ready. Name it, then add it. If all three are true, the system can reason about your workspace honestly, and so can you.
