Add your brand kit

Save the name, logos, colors, fonts, style notes, and references that keep generated content on-brand and ready for your review.

Why this matters

Create generates on-brand content for the tasks in your plan. The brand kit is what makes "on-brand" true. Without it, every asset starts from a blank slate and every review becomes a brand correction. With it, your logos, colors, fonts, style notes, and visual references travel with every run, and the "Brand Style Guide" link on the Create page points at something real.

When to use it

During onboarding, and whenever the brand evolves: new logo, new voice direction, new visual style.

Before you start

Confirm the right workspace is active (see Work in the right workspace). Gather the assets: logo files, brand colors, fonts, and a few lines of style direction (what looks like the brand and what does not).

Do this

  1. 1Open Workspace and click the Brand Kit card ("Colors, fonts, logos, voice, and content preferences for this client."): Open in Signal & Science.
  2. 2Profile tab: enter the Brand Name, an optional Tagline / Slogan, and the Website, which is shown as attribution on generated images.
  3. 3Logos & Assets tab: upload the logos and image assets you actually use. Skip the ones you do not.
  4. 4Colors tab: save your brand colors.
  5. 5Typography tab: choose or upload your fonts.
  6. 6Style Notes tab: write the free-form instructions appended to every generation prompt, including what looks like the brand and what does not. Visual Inspiration tab: add the reference images that keep a designer on brief.
  7. 7Content & Audience tab: set the content language, words and concepts to avoid, primary market locations, and the audience age range and gender.
  8. 8Click "Save Changes" and wait for the confirmation that the brand kit was saved. Unsaved changes do not carry into Create or the advisor.

What you should see

Each tab retains what you entered after a refresh. On the Create page, the "Brand Style Guide" link now points at the kit you saved. That kit is the contract between your brand and every generated asset.

How to judge it

Open a Create run later and check: does it follow your Style Notes, do the colors match the Colors tab, do the fonts match Typography? If yes, the kit is doing its job.

What it does not mean

  • The brand kit does not write strategy. It keeps execution on-brand; the thinking still happens in the plan.
  • "On-brand" is a starting point, not a guarantee. Every asset is ready for your review, and the review is still yours.

Try it in Signal & Science

Open the Brand Kit, fill in the Profile, Colors, and Typography tabs, and click "Save Changes".
