Read What Changed

State what moved this week, what evidence supports it, and what the plan should do about it, before anyone claims a win.

Situation

A week has passed and you need to know what actually moved, before the next plan change and before anyone claims a win.

Outcome

You can state what changed, what evidence supports it, and what the plan should do about it.

Steps

  1. 1Open the Marketing Plan and read "What changed and why": the latest evidence, direct measurements, recent activity, and the next move it points to, in softened causal language.
  2. 2Open "YOUR PROGRESS SO FAR" and "Recorded task results": the ledger of what was measured.
  3. 3Check "Suggested changes to your plan", which appears when the system proposes an adaptation. Read each title and its reason as a recommendation; nothing changes on its own.
  4. 4If you agree, press "Edit plan with this context": it builds a new draft plan that you review and activate with "Use this plan". If you don't, leave the plan as it is. Plan adaptation is user-approved, never silent.
  5. 5Open Command Center → Decisions. The "DECISION MEMORY" section lists past decisions with what was chosen, the reason, and the evidence and context, so you can check today's suggestions against past calls.
  6. 6Write one sentence about what changed because of evidence: "We now believe [X], because [evidence]." That sentence is the Learn step of the loop.
