Situation
Monday. The plan has more tasks than the week has hours, and you need the one move that matters most.
Outcome
One named priority move with a stated reason, and everything else honestly sequenced behind it.
Steps
- 1Open the Marketing Plan. Read the hero, "THIS WEEK'S MOVE" (open-ended, goal-driven plans label the same card "YOUR NEXT MOVE"), and its card: title, why it matters, tags (e.g. "High impact", "Offer"), and "Go to task".
- 2Click "Ask why this move" to read the reasoning. If the reason doesn't hold up against your outcome and capacity, pick a different task. You decide.
- 3Read "What changed and why" ("What shifted in the numbers since last time, what we think drove it, and the next move it points to.") for anything that should change the priority.
- 4Check the Decision Inbox (renders on the Plan only when pending decisions exist). Resolve anything that blocks this week's move.
- 5Name the priority in one sentence: "This week: [task], because [reason tied to outcome and capacity]." Everything else is sequenced, not forgotten.
