Set Up Your Workspace

A new client or business is coming into the system and you need a workspace the system can reason about honestly.

Business context is complete, Brand Kit and integrations are connected, and you can name which missing inputs would improve the next plan.

1. 1Open Workspace (Open in Signal & Science) and confirm the Business Profile (Company, Description, Location, Industry, Target Audience, Services) describes the right business.
2. 2Complete the Business Intake: goals, how customers find the business, weekly capacity, and the tools already in use. The website and Business Type are entered when you run the diagnosis.
3. 3Open Brand Kit: fill Profile, add logos and assets, set colors and typography, write Style Notes, and press "Save Changes" (you should see "Brand kit saved successfully").
4. 4Open Integrations: "Connect the data sources that make recommendations measurable." Connect GA4, Google Business Profile, Shopify, Meta, or whatever the business actually uses. Each integration shows its state (Connected), the Last sync time, and the Change, Sync Now, and Disconnect actions.
5. 5Open Research and add at least one source via "Add sources" (file, URL, or pasted text) in the right mode: My Content for the business's own material, Market Sources for outside research. Wait for "Context ready"; accepted is not ready.
6. 6Open Settings → Usage (heading "Usage", "Plan limits and reset timing") and note the percentage used under "Current plan period", with its reset date. This is the clearest read of plan usage for the period.
7. 7List the inputs still missing (no GA4? no Brand Kit voice notes?). Those are your improvement list for next week.
