Digest timing and the Monday briefing

Set each client workspace's timezone so the weekly digest arrives Monday at 7:00 AM local time, then run the Monday briefing review from it.

Prerequisites

A client workspace with an active standing plan, and "Weekly digest emails" turned on in your notification settings.

Exact steps

  1. 1Open Workspace and find the Digest Timing card, which begins "The weekly digest sends Monday at 7:00 AM in this timezone".
  2. 2Choose the timezone from the list (or "Use my timezone") and press Save. This is the workspace timezone; each client gets their own. Left unset, the digest sends at 7:00 AM UTC.
  3. 3On Monday, the digest is emailed to the workspace owner at 7:00 AM in that timezone. It leads with what happened last week, names the one move for this week, and flags anything in the market worth a look.
  4. 4Run the batch briefing review (see Run weekly briefing review): read each client's briefing, resolve flagged decisions and missing outcomes, then share what the client needs with "Save as PDF" from the Plan, or invite the client as a Viewer on their own workspace.

Expected result

Each client's digest arrives Monday at 7:00 AM in their workspace timezone, and the Monday review loop runs from it.

Troubleshooting

No digest at all? Check that the client has an active standing plan and that "Weekly digest emails" is on. A digest arriving at the wrong hour almost always means the workspace timezone is wrong. Check the Digest Timing card, not your device clock. A briefing that flags missing outcomes is working correctly: record them (see Log a task outcome) before the client review.
