Log a task outcome

A completed task on the Marketing Plan whose measurement window has produced a real number (or an honest non-result).

1. 1On the Marketing Plan, open the "Log a task outcome" panel ("Choose a completed task to review or record its result."). It appears when a completed task still needs a result, and the plan's section nav then shows "Results needed".
2. 2Choose the completed task from the panel's list. Its card shows "How we'll know it worked": the metric, source, and window agreed before the work started.
3. 3For a manually measured task ("Task completed. Result still needed."), press "Add Result", enter the actual value for the metric under "How did it go?", and press "Save result".
4. 4For an integration-backed task ("Task completed. Measurement pending."), there is nothing to type: the app reads the result from the connected source and reports it on the card. Where the card asks for a "Published page URL" (GA4) or a published post URL (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), paste the exact URL so the app can match that page or post; social post URLs must belong to the connected account.
5. 5When the result is final, read the verdict: Exceeded, Met, Partial, Missed, or Inconclusive. Pending is not a verdict; it means the measurement is still waiting.
6. 6Keep task-linked results (this exact page or post) separate from workspace-wide movement observed during the window, which is not claimed as task-caused.

The card shows the recorded value or the final result with its verdict, or an honest pending state while the measurement window is open.

Window not up yet? Don't log early: a manually measured task stays un-dimmed while it waits for its number, and done with the result still coming in is a real state. "Measurement temporarily unavailable." means the source could not be read just then; the app retries automatically. A task with no measurable metric (a relational or configuration task) has no result form; completing it is the record. A completed but unmeasured task never counts as met.
