Research and Business Context

Give the system context it can actually use by adding and classifying your sources, then read every recommendation by where its evidence came from.

Lessons

  1. 01Add files, web pages, and pasted textAdd a file, a web page, or pasted text to Research so the advisor and the plan work from your own material instead of generic assumptions.
  2. 02Classify sources as My Content or Market SourcesSort sources into My Content and Market Sources so market claims stay separate from how the system describes your business.
  3. 03Understand validation, extraction, and context readinessTell an accepted source from a context-ready one, and wait for Context ready before letting a source inform a decision.
  4. 04Add company and competitor contextAdd the competitors you track and, for a public company, a confirmed ticker, so market context rests on the right companies and public facts.
  5. 05Read competitor research neutrallyRead competitor positioning, proof, and gaps honestly, and write down only the claims your own business can support.
  6. 06Use source context in the advisor and planningTrace any recommendation, advisor answer, or plan section to its basis, and treat interpretation and advice differently from verified evidence.
  7. 07Delete or correct a source without losing trustRemove or correct an outdated source safely, and approve any resulting profile change yourself instead of letting it happen silently.
