Decision Memory under Command Center → Decisions

Past decisions now live in the Decisions tab of Command Center, while pending decisions still surface on the Marketing Plan.

What changed

Past decisions now live in one durable surface: the Decisions tab in Command Center, headed "DECISION MEMORY", where each row shows what was chosen, the reason, and the evidence and context behind it. The Decision Inbox still appears on the Plan page when decisions are pending, with "Accept", "Snooze", and "Dismiss" on each; when nothing is waiting, it either stays out of the way or reads "No decisions need action right now." The Decisions tab is the lasting record of what was decided and why.
