Read a discovery with its evidence, save or discuss it, and add it to a plan only when you choose to.

Exact steps

  1. 1Open Signals or read a Signal in the Command Center rail.
  2. 2Open a card to check its available source, observation date, confidence, and why it may matter.
  3. 3Choose Save for later, Discuss with Advisor, Add to plan, or Skip. Skipping asks for a reason so the feed can improve.

Adding a Signal requires an active plan. A discovery is evidence to examine, not an automatic change to your plan.
