Decision Memory: past decisions

Find pending decisions on the Marketing Plan and past decisions in Command Center, and read what was decided, why, and what happened next.

Prerequisites

Pending or past decisions exist (they accumulate as you decide on recommendations and suggestions).

Exact steps

  1. 1For pending decisions: open the Marketing Plan. The Decision Inbox appears on the Plan page when decisions are pending ("Nothing changes until you decide."). Use "Accept", "Snooze", or "Dismiss" on each one; suggestions from Research sources offer "Apply" or "Dismiss".
  2. 2For past decisions: open the Decisions tab in Command Center, headed "DECISION MEMORY". Each row shows what was chosen, what was held, and the reason.
  3. 3Open "Evidence and context" on a row to see the situation, the evidence, and any learning. Use "View task and result" where a decision became a task, or "Ask" to have the advisor explain what happened.
  4. 4Before a client review, re-read the decisions made since the last review so the agenda reflects what was actually decided.

Expected result

You can see what was decided, why, on what evidence, and what happened next.

Troubleshooting

No Decision Inbox on the Plan usually means nothing is pending; if you arrive from a decision link with nothing waiting, it reads "No decisions need action right now." That is a clean state, not a missing feature. An empty Decisions tab reads "No decisions recorded yet."
