When to use
After completing a task, before claiming it worked, or when someone else claims it worked.
What context it needs
The task, its intended outcome/target metric, and whatever measurement exists so far.
Copyable prompt
Is this task complete, complete-but-unmeasured, or missing proof? And what does the metric actually prove? Task: [task]. Intended outcome: [outcome]. Metric: [metric]. What we measured: [value, source, data-as-of]. Classify it: completed and measured / completed but awaiting measurement / completed without measurable proof. Then say precisely what the metric proves, and what it does not prove.
What a good answer contains
An honest task state, the measurement's provenance (what, which provider, data-as-of, task-linked vs workspace-wide), and the boundary between distribution evidence and business impact.
What it must not claim
That reach, views, or impressions prove leads or revenue. That a completed-but-unmeasured task "met" its target.
