Advisor prompt · Prioritize

The single most important move

Use this prompt to get one priority move for the week, with its evidence, the trade-offs, and the assumption it depends on.

When to use

Monday planning, or any moment the plan has more tasks than the week has hours.

What context it needs

A defined primary outcome (baseline → current → target) and a stated weekly capacity. Without those, the advisor can't prioritize.

What is the single most important move for this week, given our stated outcome and capacity?

Context: our primary outcome is [outcome], currently at [current] against a target of [target]. Our real weekly capacity is [hours/tasks per week].

Name one move. Explain why it beats the alternatives, what evidence supports it, and what would have to be true for it to work.

What a good answer contains

One named task (not three), the evidence behind it with sources, the trade-off against alternatives, and the assumption it depends on.

What it must not claim

That the move is guaranteed to work, that it will drive revenue, or that alternatives are worthless.
