Manage Workspace Memory

Add, edit, or forget saved business context and private Advisor preferences for the selected business.

Exact steps

  1. 1Select the correct business workspace, then open Workspace → Memory or open Memory.
  2. 2Review the saved focus, audience, constraints, additional business context, and Advisor preferences shown for this business.
  3. 3Select Add memory or Edit for a field, then select Save memory. To remove a saved value, select Forget, then Confirm forget. Check the saved value after the page confirms the change.

What Memory does and does not contain

Saved focus, audience, constraints, and additional business context are shared with authorized teammates for this business. Advisor preferences are private to you for this business. Chats, files, plans, research, decisions, and measured results remain separate records. Forgetting a Memory field does not delete the original chat or file.
