Prerequisites

Admin access to the third-party account (GA4, Shopify, Google Business Profile, Meta, LinkedIn, X, WooCommerce). Know which business the data belongs to.

Exact steps

  1. 1Open Workspace → Integrations ("Connect the data sources that make recommendations measurable").
  2. 2Find the provider. "Recommended" badges mark the integrations that matter most for this business.
  3. 3Press connect and authorize with the correct account: the business's account, not your personal one.
  4. 4Confirm the state shows Connected, and note the Last sync time. Use Sync Now if data looks stale, Change to re-authorize, and Disconnect to remove.
  5. 5For social accounts, verify the connected account actually owns the pages or profiles you plan to measure. Provider post URLs must be owned by the connected account.

Expected result

The integration shows Connected with a recent "Last sync", and its data can back measurements.

Troubleshooting

"Coming soon" providers (TikTok, YouTube, Google Drive) can't be connected yet, so don't promise their data in a plan. If a sync fails, the failure stays visible; re-authorize with Change rather than creating a duplicate connection. Provider read failures on integration-backed results stay visible and retry. They are not silently dropped.
