Download a Word or PDF file from the Advisor

Ask the Advisor for a document, then download the finished Word or PDF file from the conversation or Library.

Exact steps

  1. 1Open an Advisor conversation in Command Center and ask for a document, such as a printable checklist based on the conversation.
  2. 2If document creation is available, wait for the document card to finish preparing the files.
  3. 3Select Download Word or Download PDF on the card. You can also find saved documents in Library.

What to expect

A chat attachment is different from a saved document. Document creation may be unavailable for some accounts; the conversation shows its current state.
